01Format and qualificationThree competitions, group stages and knockouts.

- Men’s preliminary stage: 12 teams in 3 groups of 4. The three group winners and best runner-up qualify.
- Women’s tournament: 12 teams in 3 groups of 4. The three group winners and best runner-up reach the semi-finals and final.
- Men’s final stage: 16 teams in 4 groups of 4, playing once. The top two in each group reach the quarter-finals.
02Duration, points and breaksShort matches, high tempo and strict punctuality.

- First stage: two 12-minute halves. Semi-finals and final: two 15-minute halves.
- At half-time teams only change ends; the final has a 3-minute break.
- Win: 3 points · draw: 1 point · defeat: 0 points.
03Tie-break criteriaCriteria agreed before the competition begins.

- Between two teams: head-to-head result, overall goal difference, goals scored and, finally, youngest team.
- For more than two teams: points and goal difference in matches among the tied teams; then goals in those matches, overall goal difference, goals scored —counted up to 7— and youngest team.
- Knockouts: 3 penalties per team followed by sudden death. A tied final goes to 10 minutes of extra time and, if needed, penalties.
04Players and substitutions7-a-side football with orderly, unlimited changes.

- Seven players take the field, including the goalkeeper. Substitutions are unlimited.
- Changes require permission from the referee or pitch director, take place at halfway, and only after the outgoing player has left.
- The second-listed team must change shirts if colours clash. Shirt numbers must match the team list.
05Documents and eligibilityEvery participant must be properly identified.

- Teams must submit the original player list with names, surnames and dates of birth.
- Each player must show a current federation licence, Consell Esportiu card, national ID, passport or other official photo ID.
- Fielding an ineligible player results in a 3–0 defeat.
06Punctuality, equipment and safetyTeams must be ready 30 minutes before kick-off.

- Failure to appear at the scheduled time results in a 3–0 defeat.
- Aluminium studs are prohibited. The official ball is size 4.
- Team delegates are responsible for their players and for any changing-room damage.
07Referees, committee and claimsFast sporting decisions communicated in writing.

- Referees are appointed by the FCF Terres de l’Ebre Technical Referees Committee.
- Claims must be submitted in writing to the pitch director or information centre within 30 minutes of the match ending.
- Refereeing decisions cannot be protested. Competition committee decisions are final.
08Discipline and conductRespect for opponents, referees and organisers.

- A purely technical sending-off does not automatically suspend a player for the next match.
- Insults, kicking or assault carry at least a one-match suspension; the committee may extend it.
- Serious conduct by players, staff, delegates or companions may result in removal from the tournament.
09Responsibility, image rights and changesThe organisers may adapt the competition when necessary.

- Clubs must have their players registered and hold the required family permissions for image and personal-data use.
- The organisers accept no liability for lost personal belongings.
- When sporting needs require it, the organisers may change groups, times, match durations or pitches and will notify the team manager. Unforeseen cases will be resolved in the competition’s best interests.
